I am continually reviewing and adhering to both NHS and independent expert guidelines on how the virus can be best dealt with, and I adapt my practice on an ongoing basis to the latest Government advice.
I am keeping all of my Clients fully informed about steps to take for containment and management at the premises of the agreed venue, whether it be the domestic residence of the Client, or a mutually agreed external location (such as a local coffee shop or tea-room) during any Reading and /or Coaching session.
I maintain sensible hygiene measures prior to any Reading and /or Coaching session, as recommended by Government guidelines.
Any Client who is experiencing any cold or coronavirus-like symptoms, or is required to isolate under Government guidelines for any other reason, will be asked to cancel any pre-arranged Reading and/or Coaching session and to follow the latest Government advice on any next steps.
Any Client who cancels or postpones because of a confirmed case of COVID-19 should not re-book a Reading and /or Coaching session until the conclusion of the full course of the illness, as defined and recommended by Government guidelines.
I appreciate that due to COVID-19 or Flu Clients may require or prefer additional or altered practices following their recovery. Therefore I would ask my Clients to keep me fully appraised of their requirements and preferences.
As we all seek to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Flu or any other transmittable illness, I should be grateful it if you would make me aware of any potential cases within your family residence, or place that you may have recently visited or are due to visit, so that we can take the appropriate actions to keep us all safe.
